We are a unique community close to Yosemite National Park, nestled between two large recreational lakes in the heart of the California Mother lode. Our subdivision is one of the largest in California, encompassing over 12,000 acres of rolling foothills. We are situated in both Tuolumne and Mariposa counties, with 18 natural parks and an 85+ mile public Equestrian/Pedestrian trail system.

LDPOA BOARD of DIRECTORS OPENINGS

Commencing with this announcement:
The Lake Don Pedro Owners’ Association Board of Directors will be accepting applications from interested members to fill three (3) vacant positions on the Board.

Bylaws of the association require that in order to be eligible for a Board position you must be a member for at least three (3) years and a Member in Good Standing for at least one year prior to election or appointment.

The remaining terms on the Board vacancies are:
One (1) - 20 month term
Two (2) – 8 month terms

Applicants should indicate a preference for the term they would like to serve on their submission.
Deadline for submissions is Monday, February 9th, 2009 at 5:00pm.

A special members’ meeting will be held on Thursday, February 19th 2009 at 7:00pm, at the Hacienda, where candidates may address the audience and the Board as to their qualifications and interests in serving on the board.

The three new directors selected by the Board will be seated at the February Monthly Board of Directors Meeting on Saturday, February 21, 2009 at 10:00 am at the Hacienda.
